Concentric Circles Opening Reception

May 2, 2025

Pamela Walsh Gallery is pleased to announce our upcoming group exhibition, Concentric Circles: Tracing the Radiance of Bay Area Figuration. We are thrilled to present a survey of works by the founding members of the Bay Area Figurative Movement, alongside artists who carried their groundbreaking vision forward. The exhibition will be on view from May 2 through June 14, and we hope you’ll join us for two special events that celebrate and explore this influential period.

Opening Reception
May 2 | 5–7 PM
Kick off the exhibition with us! Enjoy an evening of art, music, and refreshments as we celebrate the artists featured in the show.

Panel Discussion
May 10 | 4–5:30 PM
A conversation with Matt Gonzalez, Emilio Villalba, and Ted Barrow exploring the Bay Area Figurative period (1950–1965) and its lasting impact on contemporary artists.

We’d love to see you at both events and look forward to sharing this exciting exhibition with you!
